Delivery time

All items  are handmade by me and so have a making time of up to 3 weeks. if you needed your item before that or for a specific date please let me know.

Royal Mail 1st class postage can take anywhere from 1 day to 5 days especially with current covid restrictions and delays.

Please note that proof of postage is obtained for all items. If an item does get lost then the Royal Mail advise that a period of time must pass before this item is officially lost . Once this time has past a replacement item will be sent to you . In no circumstances will a refund be issued for lost post . 

International mail is all sent standard airmail, this can take anywhere from 1 week to 4 weeks depending on the destination and of course any delays. At the moment international shipping is a lot slower than usual due to covid restrictions and delays.
